Dijon salmon

This recipe is so easy and so yummy! I usually serve with roasted broccoli or brussels drizzled with olive oil. I always buy wild caught salmon, never farm raised.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of wild caught salmon

1/4 cup of Dijon mustard

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of olive or avocado oil

3 garlic cloves finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

put salmon on parchment  lined baking sheet

mix all ingredients in small bowl and generously coat the salmon

bake for about 18-20 minutes

Enjoy!
